NRM BOARD
ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN
Further to previous work undertaken for the NRM Board, NRG was briefed to create a press advertising campaign to communicate with the community at large of the consequences of allowing various items enter the natural waterways from stormwater drains. The focus was initially on not allowing autumn leaves from non-native deciduous trees wash into drains. An uncluttered idea that was easily understood by people of all ages and competencies was created reflecting a typical autumn leaf embossed subtly with the international symbol for biohazard. The extended ad campaign ran in local and state press in prominent positions and was accompanied by display material that was placed in high traffic areas throughout the community.
